Anyone interested in 936.8 miles and 40,000 ft of Climbing, Murrieta, CA to Alamosa, CO ?

Beginning on October 19th riders of Cast a Shadow.org, a non-profit organization that puts kids on bicycles who would otherwise not likely get to ride one due to various life circumstances, will leave Murrieta, California to embark on a 936.8 miles road ride to Alamosa, Colorado.

During a span of seven days, the group will ride up the mountains of Idyllwild, California and descend into the windy desert landscape of Palm Desert to make their way into Arizona, aiming for the old 60 highway.

From Congress they will climb into Prescott and take the long road north towards Williams. From Williams they connect into Flagstaff to head up the Old highway 89 towards Tuby City. For full details visit the organization's website and click on CONVO'S.

Get involved if you are so inspired.
