Enjoying a day of pleasant internet viewing and exceptional coffee at Cuppy's (aka Java Jo's and back under old management of Johnny and Charity).

A bit of distraction on the web, mostly searching for info of Ginki Sudo. The original intention was to write up job solicitations for Flagstaff. Chatted with Johnny a bit about networking ideas and about what he is doing here.

He's working hard to send Cuppy's to the next level, to become one of the finer hip establishments for live music, art and of course coffee, in SoCal.

Thanks for the double! One of the few places here in SoCal where straight espresso is done just right. If Johnny or Charity is pouring it, no cream or sugar necessary!

They have also brought back their standard for gourmet sandwiches. Check out the menu or stop in, and if you're in town, they deliver FREE.

Now that I'm done with the commercial...

Frankie's Single-speed is waiting for front brakes, and then its back in between his legs, the bike of course.

The KLR has been seen for the distraction it has become.

Velocitramp has seemed to become a distraction as much as everything else too.

Meditation and contemplation and self-inquiry seem to be self-propelling/self-sustaining exercises the further along one gets or continues.

It has become all that matters, this devotion.
