...Ichthyophobia-fear of aquatic creatures, fish
...Oneirogmophobia-fear of wet dreams
... Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.
...Uberdistantephobia-fear of big rides in the sun on the weekend with yur good buds and a couple o' cold ones too.
and now a messege from Ralphy Waldo Emerson:
The hens they all cackle, the roosters all beg,
But I will not hatch, I will not hatch.
For I hear all the talk of pollution and war
As the people all shout and the airplane roar,
So I'm staying in here where it's safe and it's warm,
And I WILL NOT HATCH!
The thermos wasn't full to start with. What you see here is the last swigg of 9 ounces total coffee. Wheat english muffin (organic bitches!), Almound butter and Strawberry-not jam-but Preserves. Organic. Oh, the coffee's organic too. And the napkin. Ourganic. Well, recycled, same difference right? Let's just say the charcoal insulation within the thermous is as well, and the plastic materials were derived from old automobile motor oil.
yeah. I can feel good about that.
And...all proufits from the selling of the products shown abouve were donated to Amnesty International.

The first of the Spider 29er Larges came thru assembly today. No complications to note. Some long waiting bicycler types are going to be reeeeaaaally happy.
t wasn't as warm today, kind of a nice break.
The legs feel a bit tight.
Some good yoga during lunch and on a 10 minute breaks seem to be helping.
I feel fortunate to be motivated again.
Just feelin' a little in the dumps, you know, the depressing kind.
Not used to it, though I am thankful to have been catching wind of it.
Lost perspective on the reasons for dropping the season down to just three events.
Life, It happens.
I'm riding.
I'm training.
And when I am able to let go of my fears,
I'm happy.
