Temecula to Idyllwild PART One

Getting ready for this weekend. The big one. Or at least the latest. Temecula to Idyllwild, 90 % dirt. Here's the scoop: 50 miles on Saturday and 50+ on Sunday. Start at Sage road picking up on Stanley. Take this all the way out to Bautista via jeep road and a (hopefully rideable) single track descent. Climb 5,000 ft to Thomas Mountain and descend Ramona trail! Shiiiiiiiiiii. Enter Hurkey Creek. Then climb up into May Valley and into Idyllwild. Ride the trails on the Art School side to Dave's house at 6,200ft. Then, then!!!! Dave and I do the Threesum loop! Oh my goodness gracious! I've got my map, made it myself! got my GPS cause I have a history. Got my bike. And I feel the LOVE. More to come! Post on Monday!
