24 hours in the Old Pueblo...

So it is the Weekend before the Pueblo. Easy spin this morning and a whole lot of stretching. I haven't done much riding these last two weeks outside of commuting to work on the FRO, which is mostly flatland riding. The right knee is healing, though there is still some tenderness above the

patella . . Adjustments: well, kept the saddle/pedal start while moving it 1mm aft. This has felt great since I started again. I'll just have to make sure that my new pedal cleats are mounted exactly the same so as to cancel that variable out. Also I'm riding my standard 130mm width Specialized Toupe (The G.S.) AHHH the custom pink leopard print makes my purrrrrr

After this event I think I''ll try to find a 125mm saddle and continue from there.

Everyone from Intense, The Pit Crew, to the boys at the G.S. ready to take the Podium again, are so excited! The rest of this day is pretty much dedicated to packing, prep, and more yoga. ahh yeeaah.
